Each Belle-Île candle is decorated with abalone shell fragments with pearly reflections. Indeed, we collect abalone shells from a farm in Plouguerneau. These shells are carefully cleaned, sorted, and crushed in our Breton workshop.
Thus, this upcycling approach allows us to give a second life to a natural material while reducing waste. Each wax melt thus becomes unique, while reinforcing the marine and Breton identity of this creation.

When using for the first time, it is important to let your candle burn for approximately 2 hours to achieve an even melt pool across its entire surface. For subsequent uses, to optimize the diffusion of its fragrance, let it burn for a minimum of 1 hour.
We recommend trimming the wick to 0.5 cm. This will allow the wick to burn without black smoke.
Diffusion will vary in intensity depending on the size of the room in which the fragrance is diffused.
